Voix: the renaissance

Hey friends –

I didn’t think I’d actually do it, but my old blog is offline.

Next big thing for me is next week’s production of Pardon My French — Here’s the announcement, in case you’ve missed it. Hope you can join me!

Pardon My French: An exploration in teaching and learning

Join us for drama, comedy, and French lessons in this original one woman show about the classroom experiences of a Minneapolis French teacher. The stories performed in Pardon My French get right to the heart of the roller coaster experience of high school. Encounter first hand what this teacher does to connect with her kids in a significant way while maintaining her sense of humor.

Each performance, generously sponsored by MFT59, will be followed by a reception and panel discussion about giving a new voice to teachers and working together to reach solutions that work for our kids, our schools and our community. Panel discussion participants will be announced soon! Let’s have a discussion about how teachers can have a stronger voice in our community and how we can all Stand Up For Students.

Performance times:

Thursday, February 10 – 7:00 p.m.

Friday, February 11 – 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, February 12 – 7:00 p.m.

  1. Oh how I wish I could bring my daughter. She’s a francophile and aspiring actress; her drama club does alot of improv work. Break a leg.

Kisses for comments!
